❀ Terms Of Serive ❀
❀ Before Commissioning me, please get in contact with me to discuss your idea. I'd love to do your idea justice, but I can't always do everything. So by being able to discuss your idea beforehand, I'll be able to inform you whether I am comfortable and able to complete your commission. By Discussing your idea I will also be able to understand if there will be any extra charges due to things such as complexity, and/or variations.❀All art created by me is 100% original according to my knowledge and any similarities to existing works are purely coincidental. However, I may use commercial licensed/free vectors, symbols, brushes, patterns anatomy illustrations to help create realistic poses for commissioned art.❀ Once commissions have been discussed and agreed upon, you will have to pay a 50% non-refundable upfront cost to PayPal. All art until the final finished and paid product will be watermarked. Once you have received the sketch, line art, and flat color the final 50% will need to be paid for the shaded and watermark-free art.❀ All Art has 3 revisions during the process. To prevent abuse caused by unlimited revisions the first 3 revisions are free and after that, it will be a $5 charge per revision.❀ Throughout the entire commission, I will keep you regularly updated. I will show you every major stage (Sketch, Line art, Flat Color, and Shaded) to ensure your feedback is incorporated into the commission.❀ All art produced by me will have the original copyright of the art in which a client cannot claim the art as their own and would like to be credited.
Buying Commercial usage allows you to gain the ability to use the art for monetized purposes. This means usage for streaming, thumbnails, and merchandise. Art may not be used for Nft's/Blockchain.❀ Unless asked to not show the art by the commissioner before purchasing, I will include art in my portfolio where it can be seen on my website, Twitter, stream if drawing live, Instagram, or any social media at my discretion.❀ Payments will be done through PayPal in USD, all projects under $100 will be paid in full before commission work starts. Anything over $100 will require a 50% non-refundable upfront payment.
Once an invoice is sent to the client they have 96 hours to pay for it or they will forfeit their commission slot.❀ If for any reason the commissioner or myself feel uncomfortable during our interactions when a project has started, they both have the ability to ask to cancel the commission. It is up to myself depending on the amount of progress already inputted into the project, on whether I give a full or partial refund.❀ Once Payments are processed chargebacks aren't permitted in which a refund will be contested through PayPal as by buying my art you agree to my T.O.S including no chargebacks.❀ Once payment has been received you have agreed to all T.O.S.
